2019 Spring Fling

Event Information

2019 Spring Fling will include a Ladies Night Out, featuring a LIVE local music, full bar, and dessert! Tickets are $12 and will include one alcoholic drink and a dessert. Tickets will be on sale online starting January 1, 2019 and will also be available at the door. The first 100 people in the door will also receive a swag bag! 

Ladies Day Out on Saturday, May 25th will be a shopping experience only. Admission will be $2 or free with a canned food item. Donations will go to the Everett Food Bank. Customers with Military ID or are under 12 will also receive free admission. 

Event Dates: May 24th, 2019 and May 25th, 2019

Ladies Night Out: Friday, May 24th, 2019 from 6-10pm

Ladies Day Out:Saturday, May 25th, 2019 10am-4pm 

Location: Edward D. Hansen Event Center (2000 Hewitt Ave, Everett, Wa 98201)

The event center is within the Angel of the Winds Arena, with the entrance off of Hewitt and Lombard Ave.

Load in/out Times

Load In: Friday, May 24th 2019 Noon-5pm (Your booth MUST be fully set up by 5pm)

Restock: Saturday, May 25th, 2019 8:30-9:45am

Load Out: Saturday, May 25th, 2019 4-6pm (You must be OUT of the venue by 6pm)

Booth Info

Each Booths are 10'x10' or 8'x8'

Tables are NOT provided (chairs are available if needed)

Canopy frames are NOT permitted


Each booth is $150

A 50% deposit will be required within 3 days upon acceptance to the event. 

Remaining balances invoices will be due March 15th, 2019.

Invoices will be sent through paypal.

Food and Beverages

Outside food and beverage is NOT allowed in the venue (water bottles are an exception).

We will be offering an option of a box lunch delivered to your booth at noon. Box lunches are $17 each.

We will also have a snack bar available with options to purchase. 

Food and beverage vendors will be allowed to bring in pre-approved food and beverages only.

Give-a-way and Swag Bag Items

We would love to feature your business with a Give-a-way item on facebook in the weeks leading up to the event. Items can also be donated the day of the event for Girls Night out Raffle Basket. 

We will also be putting together swag bags for the first 100 customers in the door for Ladies Night Out. These will be spring inspired. We would love vendors to participate by including an item. 100 items will need to be donated. If you wish to contribute a business card it must AT least have a discount code for shopping at your booth, however we have found attaching your business card to a small item helps it get noticed (ie. piece of candy, pen, small trinket, sample size of your item).
